The few slots still needing to be filled are: overnight volunteers, cleaning and the only day no hot breakfast is being served is Thursday, December 18th. Several of you have donated toiletries, socks and underwear and we thank you! Also, a special thanks to the leadership team that pulled the whole week of volunteers and supplies together: Diane Clawson, Kathy Lewis, Deborah Phillips and Tim Teates. If you would still like to serve during WATTS stay the sign-up sheets will be available following each service. Donations are still being received for: men's and women's underwear sizes S-XL, white socks, and snack items such as: single serving chips or popcorn, crackers and granola bars. Blue Christmas Service
The Blue Christmas Service will be held on Sunday, December 21th at 4 pm in the sanctuary. This service is offered especially for persons who have experienced loss of any kind in their lives. This is not limited to the loss of a loved one or friend through death. The service is a time of worship that includes Scripture reading, thanksgiving, prayer, meditation, singing, candle lighting, and Holy Communion. Everyone is invited to this time to worship with and to support those who do mourn. The service will be led by Pastor Waverly Reames.

Food Pantry Holiday Request
Items needed are boxed mashed potatoes, stuffing mix, canned hams, and pumpkin pie mix. Realize that families can only come once a month, so the ones that come at the beginning of the month are getting their Thanksgiving or Christmas food items then also. We serve an average of 50-60 families a week so you can see the magnitude of this. For Christmas we'd like to give the families small tokens to share our love valued at approximately $3-$4/family depending on family size. Since we serve approximately 200 families a month we need to raise $600-$800 for this. And again, special food items to make a Christmas meal would be appreciated also. If you'd like to give towards purchasing small gifts please make checks payable to the church with "Food Pantry" on the memo. A cart or wagon will be made available in the hallways for the food donations. What a wonderful way to share our love during the holidays!

Adult Sunday School
Adult Sunday School - "True Spirituality" is being held in room 102. This is a 13 week study, one week intro and 12 weeks video series by Chip Ingram. Fred Fonville has a few copies of the study guide left and there is also a book by the same title. This is a study on the Christian life based on Romans 12, which Chip sees as a summary of the first 11 chapters of Romans. Dale Sigler will be facilitating the class. Come join us!

Facility/Room Request
A Friendly Reminder - Any time there is a need to use the facility for any reason, a request form is to be filled-out in advance, put in the admin box (on the secretary's desk) to be approved by the Trustees, then pencilled in on the office calendar and input on the webpage calendar.

Kitchen Clean-up
With the many groups in our Church that utilize our kitchen, the Trustees ask that you share in the cleaning and maintenance of it. The Trustees are asking that groups of 3, 4, or more people work together to get this much needed job accomplished once a month. On the bulletin board is a sign-up sheet and the office has the list of tasks to be performed. For information contact Marty Dilg at 540-869-4813 or
